The Encoder is available to C-Secure customers that require control of cards but do not have access to the Internet to use the Web-based C-Secure software.
With this device cards can be initialized for use in one or all reader/writers under your control. Values can be placed on the cards so that they can be sold with pre-paid amounts. Or cards can be filled and refilled, as needed, register.
